Refund and Returns Policy

At Adrock, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If there’s a genuine issue with your order, we’ll make it right. This policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered.
  • The product is unworn, unused, and in original packaging with tags intact.
  • You contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Products showing signs of wear or use
  • Size issues caused by incorrect measurements provided by the customer
  • Clearance or discounted items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or neglect

2. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at [your email] with your order ID, reason for return, and clear photos of the issue.
  2. Our team will review your request within 48 hours.
  3. If approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or give you the return instructions.

Do NOT ship anything back without confirmation — it won’t be accepted.


3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only when:

  • The returned item passes quality inspection
  • The issue is validated (damage, defect, wrong item delivered)

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be processed to:

  • Your original payment method, OR
  • Wallet/store credit (faster option)

Refunds take 5–10 business days after we receive the product.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was our fault.


4. Exchanges

If you want a replacement for:

  • Wrong size
  • Defective item
  • Wrong product delivered

We’ll ship the replacement after we receive and inspect the returned item.

If the requested product/size is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit or a refund.


5. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled — it will be treated as a return request.


6. Non-Delivery or Wrong Delivery

If your product never arrived or was delivered to the wrong address due to a courier error, notify us within 48 hours.
We’ll coordinate with the courier and resolve the issue.
